Job description
We are currently partnering with a reputable Social Housing Association based in Cheshire, who are recruiting for a Senior Surveyor and Stock Condition Surveyor to join their growing team on six month fixed-term contracts (FTC).
These are full-time positions with salaries of £48,470 per annum (Senior Surveyor) and £40,438 per annum (Stock Condition Surveyor).
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Senior Surveyor
Partnering with the Head of Development and Senior Asset Managers to deliver the organisations Asset Management programmes
Monitoring the KPI’s of contractors, to ensure that both Health and Safety regulations as well as value for money was being achieved
Carrying out both stock condition surveys as well as energy surveys across a stock of Social Housing properties
Ensuring an effective practise of tenant engagement and ensuring works are carried to agreed specifications
Assisting with the future proofing plans in regards to zero carbon modelling
Stock Condition Surveyor:
Carrying out both stock condition surveys as well as energy surveys across a stock of social housing properties
Undertaking appraisals of underperforming stock to improve to Asset Investment and Investment Planning
Overseeing tenants permission requests as well as complaints
Ensuring that all works are carried out in line with Health and Safety standards
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence
Reecent surveying experience within a Housing setting
