Job description
We are currently partnering with a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy based in South East London, who are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £60,000 - £70,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Preparing budget estimates, cost planning, and manage tendering procedures
Formulating briefs, fee proposals, and present schemes or services
Preparing tender documents, assess and negotiate tenders
Managing interim payments, final cost assessments, and contract variations
Attending project meetings, take minutes, and manage day-to-day project execution
Liaising with clients, present schemes, and manage project delivery
Experience required:
Minimum 5 years post-qualification (BSc (Hons) degree or similar in Building Surveying/ Quantity surveying/ Project Management) experience
MRICS or Associate membership of RICS or equivalent recognised qualification
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Ability to successfully manage and prioritise multiple projects and different stages of delivery
Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight targets

Choice of start and finish times based around a 7.25 hour working day, core hours between 10am-4.15pm
