​We are currently partnering with an esteemed housing provider in Sussex, who are recruiting for a Scheme Manager on a 3-month temporary.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with flexible working hours across a minimum of 3 days. The pay for this role is up to £16 p/h via an Umbrella Company

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a scheme of 28 units

• Supporting the residents with independent living

• Leading on community involvement

• Carrying out regular welfare checks

• Performing warden call and fire safety checks

• Dealing with low level ASB

• Reporting repairs and ensuring completion of any works

• Turning over void properties in a timely manner

Experience required:

• Experience working with elderly residents

• Enhanced DBS certificate taken out within the last three years

• Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Experience resolving complaints or negative consumer feedback

• Awareness of and ability to comply with relevant health and safety legislation

• Experience working within a housing scheme

Working hours:

• 20 hours per week

• Flexible hours to be discussed at interview stage
