​One of our long-standing clients, based in East Sussex, are currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager on a temporary basis, initially until the end of January 2025.

This is a full time role (37 hrs per week) and is paying up to around £19 per hour.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing support across schemes in Eastbourne and Lewes

• Supporting the residents with independent living and housing management

• Leading on community involvement

• Carrying out regular welfare checks

• Performing warden call and fire safety checks

• Dealing with low level ASB

• Reporting repairs and ensuring completion of any works

• Turning over void properties in a timely manner

Experience required:

• Basic housing knowledge

• Experience working with vulnerable/elderly residents

• Enhanced DBS certificate taken out within the last three years

Working hours:

37 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
