Job description

We are currently working with a client who offer experienced design, management and delivery capabilities for Regeneration, Refurbishment and New Build solutions.

They are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join the organisation on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working however travel to sites is required.

The position is due to start on notice with the salary on offer at £60,000 + £3,000 car allowance. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Building Safety Act.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Developing and implementing quality management systems and processes

  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards

  • Leading and mentoring the operational teams in quality assurance

  • Analysing data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality throughout the production process

Experience required:

  • Quality Management degree qualified

  • Understanding of the Building Safety Act

  • Proven experience in a quality management role

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
