We are currently partnering with a national leading construction consultancy, who are recruiting for a Project Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is working with an extensive and varied list of clients we operate in a wide range of sectors and have achieved sustainable growth to now have offices across the UK.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing projects, client expectation and relationship whilst having understanding of the commercial aspect whilst managing

• Having the ability to run projects autonomously and be accountable for decisions made

• Identifying the risks and managing those risks and ensuring a clear allocation of risks in contractual arrangements

• End-to-end planning, organization and direction of resources – ensuring timescales are adhered to, efficiency of progress and cost-containment

Experience required:

• 5 years’ experience as a project manager

• Ideally experience within a consultancy

• Experience within range of sectors including the retail & education

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills

• Strong technical ability, commercial acuity, financially literate and comfortable controlling cost and risk
