Job description
We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning educational institution, who are looking to appoint a People Business Partner on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position based across London, with one day a week in Stanmoreand 2-4 days a month across East and South London sites – with the rest working from home
The ideal candidate will be able to work as a generalist and be flexible to work in all areas of HR.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Partnering with leadership and senior management to guide, advise and support them in the development of people strategies
Dealing with a variety of complex ER cases and coaching managers on dealing with these cases
Leading on organisational redesign projects and restructure proposals
Analysing people data metrics and identifying opportunities to upskill and develop organisational leaders
Acting as the lead for a centre of expertise, on either Employee Value Proposition, EDI or Mental Health and Well-being
Line managing the Assistant People Business Partner and upskilling them on all HR related issues
Experience required:
Excellent organisation and time management skills to organise and prioritise multiple work streams within a fast-paced and evolving environment
Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students and staff
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
The ability to use MS Office and HRIS software packages competently
Previous responsibility for managing HR resources and work as a 360-degree people partner

Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
