Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association with properties across London, who are recruiting for a Neighbourhood Coordinator on a temporary 2 months contract.
The patch for this role is based in Wimbledon and they offer flexible hybrid working. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable and they are looking for a candidate to start after Christmas.
The ideal candidate will have experience providing basic tenancy management services, have dealt with ASB issues and drive with access to their own car.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing a patch of 400 properties
- Dealing with low level ASB such as noise complaints and neighbour disputes
- Managing the introductory tenancy process
- Performing regular estate inspections
- Reporting repairs
- Arranging viewing of void properties
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organizational and time management skills
- A thourough knowledge of lettings
- Awareness of and ability to comply with health and safety legislation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent computer literacy
