Job description

We are currently partnering with a leading educational body based in North London, who are recruiting for a L&D Specialist to join their growing team on a 4-month contract.

Our client is proud to be supporting children around the country with their education by providing leading facilities and teaching. Our client currently has 15 schools in their group around the country and are always looking to grow further so it’s an exciting time to join.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £40,000 to £48,000 (subject to experience). The role is due to start at the beginning of February however this is subject to notice periods.

Key areas of focus for the role:

  • Designing and development of current and new training modules

  • Assisting with the implementation of a leadership development programme

  • Supporting on the performance development programme

Experience required:

  • Implementation of new L&D policies

  • Running of training sessions

Rewards and Benefits:

  • 4 Days working from home per week (Wednesdays on site)

  • Equipment provided by the client

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm
