Job description

Our client, based in central London is currently recruiting for a HR Project Administrator on a temporary contract till the end of December 2024.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have strong systems experience and managed centres of excellence.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as the first POC for the HRIS project, dealing with queries and reporting into senior stakeholders

  • Assisting in planning, organising, and coordinating tasks related to the HRIS system implementation

  • Coordinating the data migration process from legacy systems to the new HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Developing and maintaining user access documentation and ensuring compliance within organisational policies

  • Ensuring the effective management of onboarding for new starters (including DBS, Single Central Record and other compliance processes required in a safeguarding environment) and that it provides an excellent employee experience for new staff

  • Coordinating testing, training and implementation activities to ensure users are prepared for new systems

Experience required:

  • Experience of using data reports to analyse trends and identify priority areas

  • Experience of working with business areas to provide a comprehensive HR service provision

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and identify priority HR activity to support business areas

  • Ability to use initiative in dealing with complex problems, with a strong customer service-focus

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm

  • 2 days WFH per week
