Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a Hospitality organisation based in West London, who are recruiting for a HR Executive on a Permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately, and the salary is £40,000 per annnum

 

The ideal candidate will have experience as a generalist and strong onboarding skills.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide HR advice and guidance in all areas of the employee lifecycle including performance management, absence management,disciplinaries, and people management

  • Build trusted and credible relationships withour globalteam, partnering with ourpeople managers

  • Leadonemployee relationscases,escalating cases when required

  • Proactively review and address absenteeism

  • Coach our people managers on ER process

  • Partnerwith people managers to support throughout the probationary period of new starters

  • Assist with anyHRqueries, promotingand advising onour people policies

  • Manage family leave processes

  • Delivereffective onboarding and offboarding processesincluding holding exit interviews and conductingcompany induction sessions

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced generalist HR role

  • Proven experience managing ER cases

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
