Our client, based in Coventry, is currently recruiting for a Head of HR Operations on a 6-month interim contract to provide some immediate support to the team during a period of transition.

They are able to offer 4 days remote working, with one day p/week required in their offices in Warwickshire and a day rate of £400 via an umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will need to have had significant experience leading a BAU HR Shared Services, and be confident in implementing new systems and recommending changes for improvements to staff and existing processes.

Key duties will include – but not limited to:

• Leading BAU People Operations and Payroll team of ten, covering all transactional HR activity, from hire to retire

• Reviewing and updating processes and templates and driving improvements in team performance

• Implementing workflow improvements to increase efficiencies and cross-team collaboration

• Streamlining and automating induction/onboarding processes, utilising recently implemented technologies effectively

Working hours:

• 37 hrs/week

• 8:30 – 5:00 Monday – Thursday/ 8:30 – 4:00 Friday
