Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a local manufacturing company, who are looking to appoint a Full Time HR Co-ordinator.

This will be a full-time position, based in Halesowen, with an annual salary of £27,088.50.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with all general HR queries and administration.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting with employee lifecycle processes including updating starters and leavers on the system

  • Serving as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes

  • Working with line managers and the HR Manager to monitor the timely production of appraisals, skills matrices and training plans to ensure efficient completion

  • Updating and maintaining the time and attendance system along with any other data systems

  • Assisting with general HR admin by producing letters, contracts of employment, induction packs

  • Supporting with the arrangements and organisation of new start inductions and training

  • Assisting with the administration for recruitment and selection processes, including updating starters and leavers on the system

  • Experience required:

  • Served as a point of contact for all general HR related queries

  • Ability to manage HR inbox

  • Organise training and induction packs for new starters
