We are currently working with a property management company based in Manchester who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a permanent basis, paying up to £32,500.

This role will be hybrid working after passing probation, with 2-3 days WFH.

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Acting as the first-point for employees and managers, advising on inquiries, procedures and best practices

• Managing the recruitment process including advertising jobs, candidate screening, and conducting interviews where necessary

• Managing employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management and investigations

• Supporting the development of people initiatives including Learning & Development programs, employee engagement activities, and diversity initiatives

• Proving expert guidance and advice to colleagues on policies, procedures and employment legislation

• Supporting the implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and onboarding processes

• Managing both onboarding and offboarding processes

Skills / experience required:

• Minimum L3 CIPD

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law & HR best practices

Working pattern:

• Monday – Friday

• 37 hours p/w (8:30-5:00)

• Hybrid working after passing probation
