Job description
We are currently working with a property management company based in Manchester who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a permanent basis, paying up to £32,500.
This role will be hybrid working after passing probation, with 2-3 days WFH.
Duties include (but not limited to):
Acting as the first-point for employees and managers, advising on inquiries, procedures and best practices
Managing the recruitment process including advertising jobs, candidate screening, and conducting interviews where necessary
Managing employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management and investigations
Supporting the development of people initiatives including Learning & Development programs, employee engagement activities, and diversity initiatives
Proving expert guidance and advice to colleagues on policies, procedures and employment legislation
Supporting the implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and onboarding processes
Managing both onboarding and offboarding processes
Skills / experience required:
Minimum L3 CIPD
Strong knowledge of UK employment law & HR best practices
Working pattern:
Monday – Friday
37 hours p/w (8:30-5:00)
Hybrid working after passing probation
