Job description
We are proud to be partnering with a great charity based in the Somerset area, who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a 3-Month contract.
The ideal candidate will have experience of generalist HR and knowledge of employment law.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Working with management to create job advertisements, supporting with moving applicants through the ATS system and training hiring managers on the system
Creating offer paperwork and ensuring all new employees are provided with the correct starter paperwork to support their onboarding
Informing all relevant trainers and inductors of new starters, ensuring each new employee is provided with an informed and consistent induction programme
Recording and monitoring relevant training achievements for employees as well as inform employees when to complete relevant training for their role
Completing HR administration for the operations of the business, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Good knowledge of employment law
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in generalist HR
Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
