We are proud to be partnering with a large charity, providing support across London, who are looking to appoint a Floating Support Worker on a 1-month rolling basis.

This will be 37.5 hours per week (no shift work) position based in Hounslow, paying £22.97 umbrella per hour or £19.39 PAYE including holiday pay

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within a floating support service

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for a caseload of 30-35 service users facing homelessness
• Working across a variety of housing circumstances including: private rented, temporary accommodation and care homes
• Implementing support plans and carrying out risk assessments
• Providing advocacy support
• Responsible for providing duty cover/floating support/hub cover

Experience required:

• Experience providing housing-related support

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Risk assessment and support plans
• Working with a client group facing homelessness

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
