We’re delighted to be partnering with a leading Charity/ Non-Profit based in South East London, who are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the team on a seven month Fixed Term Contract.

What's on offer:

The role is 37.5 hours per week with flexible working and with an excellent hybrid working set up of 3 days on site and 2 days working from home. The salary on offer for this role is £50,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified CIMA / ACCA accountant and need to have experience dealing with budgets of over £10 million.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Work closely with the Director of Finance and Head of Finance in driving the annual planning, budgeting and forecasting for the organisation, with values over £10million

• Support and guid budget holders and senior managers in their financial management responsibilities, which included the preparation and management of phased budgets

• Provide analysis and insight to the monthly management accounts

• Support other directorates in the preparation of business proposals, and challenged these effectively

• Build financial models, provide insights on new business opportunities, and guide budget holders through financial decision-making processes

• Coach the management accountant on reporting frameworks, collaborate with team members, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation

Experience required:

• ACCA / CIMA qualified

• Experience dealing with budgets of over £10 million

• Power BI finance system - desirable

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Ability to communicate with the senior leadership team

• Organised and can manage workloads effectively
