We are currently partnering with a leading Construction company in the East Midlands, who are recruiting for a Damp & Mould Surveyor to join their growing team on a temporary basis.

Our client is delivering on its mission statement is to be loved by its employees and it’s customers.

This is a full-time position with a daily rate of up to £300 per day via an Umbrella company.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Support the organisation/end client in getting on top of a backlog of damp and mould surveys which require completion

• Produce detail, thorough and consistent reports with clear recommendations of work

• Compile a schedule of works based on NHF SORs; and

• An estimate of the costs of those works based on NHF SORs

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Consistent and detailed report writing

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Damp and Mould experience

• Knowledge of up-to-date regulations
