Job description
We are currently working in partnership with an Educational Body based in North London, who are recruiting for a Assistant HR Business Partner on a 1 year fixed term contract. The position is due to start at the beginning of February. The annual salary for this role is £44,120 - £48,308 per annum.
Please note, you will be required to travel once a month to two other sites located in Essex & Leicester.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with low level ER casework, SCR (Single Central Register experience and HR projects experience surrounding ED&I, employee values and benefits & pay.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Leading on supporting formal and informal ER casework across the organisation
Coaching and guiding managers at all stages of ER cases in order to mitage risk
Maintaining and up keeping the SCR (Single Central Register), updating where neccesary
Leading on project work, in line with the organisations polices and procedures including ED&I action plan, employee value proposition and Benefits & Pay
Experience required:
Experience working with an SCR (Single Central Register)
Experience working on HR Project work
Experience Coaching and guiding seniors on ER casework
Experience dealing with low level ER casework including performance management, sickness and disciplinaries
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Up to date employment law knowledge
Ability to up keep and maintain the organisations SCR
Ability to diagnose HR-related issues and recommend solutions
Upholding the integrity of sensitive employee data and HR matters
Awareness of EDI best practices and how to foster an inclusive workplace

Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
