Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a respected Housing Association in Bristol. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Anti-social behaviour (ASB) Officer. This will be a full-time position based in Bristol.
Salary is £34,800, 6 months fixed term contract, and 30 days annual leave. The successful candidate must have a great understanding of mid-high level ASB and hold a DBS in the last three years.
Duties will include:
Dealing with medium to high level cases of ASB serving NOSP’s and NTQ’s
Responsible for reducing the risk of harm causing individuals and communities by responding effectively to reports of ASB
Speaking to victims and perpetrators and taking witness statements
Carrying out multi agency working including working with the Police and Social Services
Preparing paperwork for court hearings as and when required
Liaising with tenants on daily basis in order to identify cases of ASB and any patterns in occurrences of incidents
Attending court on behalf of the association, evictions alongside tenants, and providing the necessary support
Providing support to Housing Officers dealing with low level ASB cases
