We are currently working in partnership with drug and alcohol service based in across London, who are recruiting for an Administrator on a temporary three-month contract in Pentonville Prison. The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £21 via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have used the SystmOne and NDTMS systems previously, have a HMPS Vetting reference no. from the last five years and have proven experience of Administrative or Support Work

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working within Pentonville Prison in an administrative capacity

• Inputting data relating to client engagement with services onto internal databases

• Attending virtual meetings with outside agencies to track client engagement once the client has left prison

• Monitoring trends withing the data

• Creating reports using the NDTMS and presenting them to government

• Suggesting ways to improve service engagement

Experience required:

• Experience working within a prison

• Experience working with ex-offenders

• Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• HMPS Vetting

• Excellent computer literacy

• SystmOne and NDTMS use

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 08:30-16:30
