Our client, based in Cornwall, is currently recruiting for a Support Team Leader on a one- month temporary contract with chance for it to be ongoing.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults, hold an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years and also have access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Oversee a team of up to 4 team members, alongside the support manager

• Encourage clients to get involved with community activities and socialise with those around them

• You will be responsible for the line management of key workers, including activities/inclusion colleagues and volunteer worker

• Plan activities and events with the team, including risk assessments, lead and get involved in service activities/ events

• Complete support plan review audits and feedback

• Support the management team to complete key duties within the team

• Coordinating and driving full team collaboration to ensure high-quality service delivery and seamless teamwork

• Conduct 1to1s, appraisals and promote engagement in development

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working at a team leader or management level

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
