Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyors on a 6-month temporary contract with availability in Swindon, Bristol & Oxford. They are an award winning, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, delivering projects worldwide.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The rates are:

  • £19.50 per flat

  • £25.50 per house

  • £26.50 per block

  • £42 per SCS & EPC

The ideal candidate will have a background in repairs and maintenance or building surveying and also have experience conducting Stock Condition Surveys & Energy Assessments on social housing properties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Conducting stock condition surveys and EPCs on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately

  • Lodging them accordingly and efficiently through clients Elmhurst account

  • Ensuring a timely return of all relevant documentation and managing own lists in specified timeframe

  • Producing regular reports on handheld devices on applicable software

Experience required:

  • Stock Condition Surveying experience for social housing properties

  • Experience booking in appointments to conduct surveys

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Must hold a full UK driving license

  • DEA accredited
