Our client, based in Cannock Chase, is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition & EPC Assessor on a temporary contract lasting around 4-6 months.

The position is due to start 16^th April on a full-time basis. The rates are:

• Flat SCS only £20
• Flat & EPC £43
• House SCS only £24
• House & EPC £47

The ideal candidate will be DEA accredited and have experience conducting stock condition surveys.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting stock condition and EPC assessments in social housing properties for a private consultancy on behalf of Cannock Chase Council
• Booking in appointments with resident details, or leaving calling cards to ensure high access gained throughout list
• Liaising with residents on works being performed, and dealing with any queries first-hand

Experience required:

• DEA accreditation

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday
• Flexible hours
