Our client, based in Merseyside, is currently recruiting for a Leasehold + Right to Buy Advisor on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start on the candidates notice and pays £25,000 - £31,000 per annum. The role is part time over 22.5 hours per week.  

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Leasehold team and have an understanding on Home Ownership processes.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Holding responsibility for block management and dealing with notices, deposits, inspections and reporting/following up of complex repairs works
• Attending customer consultation meetings and keeping in regular contact in relation to estate services and service charges, recurrently consulting homeowners regarding standards, level and range of services on their schemes
• Deal with Right to Buy and Right to Enquire queries
• Consulting with home owners on all aspects of service delivery including Section 20 Major Works
• Deal with queries in the patch with leaseholders which include ASB and tenancy queries
• Acting as the focal point for leaseholder enquiries, providing advice on any lease issues including leasehold statutes and where appropriate liaising with legal services

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Leasehold experience highly desirable

Working hours:

• 22.2 hours per week
