Our client, based in Putney, is currently recruiting for a Site Manager on a 4-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The rate is dependent on experience for the role.

The ideal candidate will have experience with refurbishment projects on commercial properties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supervising site for hotel refurbishment of 20 bedrooms, internal circulation areas, and breakfast room alongside external works
• Managing budgets and timeslines
• Liaising with client on progress of work
• Overseeing subcontractors on different areas of work, ensuring they have applicable health & safety training to perform work

Experience required:

• Refurbishment projects
• Commercial properties

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Risk assessment and site management
• Health & safety understanding
• Managing subcontractors

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday – Friday
• 9am-5pm
