Our client, a well-established Housing Provider based in Croydon, are currently recruiting for a Senior Neighbourhood Officer on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and offers 2 days per week, working from home. The salary is £45,518 per annum.

The ideal candidate must have experience in staff management and ASB resolution.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Overseeing 2 Neighbourhood Officers
• Managing a patch of approximately 100 properties (mixed tenure)
• Leading on high level complex ASB cases
• Managing voids, lettings and new developments
• Monitoring staff performance, carrying out 121s and appraisals
• Ensuring health & safety compliance on estates
• Liaising with external partners
