We are currently representing a leading public sector body who are looking to recruit for a Senior Job Analyst on a 6-month temporary basis.

The role is fully remote with a day rate of circa £400 via an umbrella company

Duties will include:

• Researching, reviewing and developing job evaluation methods and reward & recognition strategies

• Maintaining data relating to job evaluation, providing analysis and reports to management

• Supporting with the review and development of reward and recognition policies and strategies

• Ensuring all records are accurately kept

• Working collaboratively across the wider business and also liaising with Trade Unions

• Assisting with consultations and communicating any changes across the business

• Providing advice on job evaluation, reward and recognition, demonstrating an excellent understanding of pay & conditions and HR policies

Experience required:

• Experience in NJC Job Evaluation

• Strong analytical skills within reward & recognition

• Knowledge of Job Evaluation highly desirable

• Previously delivered Job Evaluation workshops
