Job description
We are currently partnering with a reputable Wiltshire based Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £60,000 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Contract managing multi-million pound, multi-year compartmentation projects on domestic dwellings
Monitoring budgets, KPI’s and in-house contractor performance to ensure the effective delivery of the contract
Utilising the expertise of Fire Safety Consultants where needed to ensure absolute compliance with regulations
Providing feedback to the Head of Compliance/Compliance Managers on the progress of the contractors and ongoing projects
Requirements:
Experience managing multi-million pound projects
Knowledge of fire safety works desirable
Full UK driving licence
Rewards and Benefits:
Hybrid working – one day per week in the office, with occasional site visits. The remainder can be worked form home
Holidays: 27 days + bank holidays
Pension: 13% (4% from you, 9% from the employer)
Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday – Friday, flexible start/finish times
