We are partnering with a Housing Association in the East Midlands to recruit a Repairs Supervisor for a temporary three-month contract. This full-time position is set to start immediately, with an hourly rate of up to £18 (negotiable) via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of trades.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Recording and uploading trade referrals on in-house housing management systems

• Ensuring jobs are accurately diagnosed and prioritized

• Informing customers of follow up appointments, ensuring that arrangements are made for access to properties

• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls from tenants

• Liaising with contractors to co-ordinate works

• Answering queries and enquiries from customers in relation to repairs being carried out in tenanted properties

• Supporting the Repairs Team Leader with co-ordinating works

• Answering and dealing with low level complaints

Experience required:

• Experience required working with repairs and maintenance in relation to tenanted properties

• Experience working with customers within housing

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Knowledge of repairs, maintenance and trades

Working Hours

• 37 hours per week

• Monday – Friday
