Job description
We are currently partnering with a Housing Association in South West London, who are recruiting for a Property Services Co-Ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £31,000 per year and the start date is subject to when offered.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Act as the main point of contact for repairs administration for all customers both internally and externally.
Proactively manage repairs to ensure that works are completed within targets and residents are kept informed.
Work with internal teams to ensure workflows and work orders on the system are working effectively.
Arranging appointments, following up, closing jobs, invoicing
End-to-end repairs management, including first line invoice processing
Contribute to repairs monitoring, taking appropriate action to ensure that expenditure is within budget and tracked
Work closely with all departments and colleagues to ensure a seamless first-class service for residents
Prior experience of delivering repairs and maintenance services
Working with multiple agencies/organisations to resolve problems
An understanding of property maintenance issues
Accountable for own work and seeing cases through to completion
Experience required:
Experience required in Social Housing
Experience working with customers within housing
Prior experience of delivering repairs and maintenance services
An understanding of property maintenance issues
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Excellent IT skills and literacy
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Self-motivated, resilient, assertive and confident
Proven experience of excellent customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills
Letter writing skills, including complaints.
Minute Taking skills
