Job description

We are currently partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Kent, who are recruiting for a Project Manager to work on their Building Safety Projects & join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client are specialists in Designing, Costing and Managing Construction projects over a wide variety of sectors and clients across the South-East of England.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of £55,000 to £65,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Working directly on schemes ranging from £1 Million – £10 Million delivering both Pre and Post Contract services

  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project

  • Demonstrate compliance on delivering High Risk Building cladding replacement under the Building Safety Act

  • Playing an active role in client development, networking, business development, assistance with submissions

  • Coordinating of resources, procurement and appointment of consultants, contractors and suppliers, developing specific turn-key project structures to suit client needs

Experience required:

  • Relevant professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB) or close to achieving this

  • Extensive experience in delivering Building Safety Projects

  • Experience in client & business development

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Competence to deliver projects working on existing HRB’s

  • Require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Have proven IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Projects

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday

  • 9am-5pm
