Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a professional membership body based in East Central London, who are recruiting for a Project Administrator. The position is due to start ASAP with flexible working. The hourly rate of pay will be between equivalent to £23,045 - £25,681 based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in an administrative role.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the Quality Networks, Accreditation & Audit and Research projects or allocated projects
Maintaining and updating databases as well as cleansing and analysing data
Assisting with the preparation, design, proof reading and distribution of written materials (such as reports, data collection tools, information sheets and marketing materials)
Processing relevant invoices and paperwork and liaising with the finance department
Diary management, including attending meetings and taking minutes
Organising online and face-to-face meetings, workshops, and events (making room bookings, liaising about catering requirements etc)
Experience required:
Experience required in public sector or similar organisation
Experience of setting up and running administrative systems
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of basic statistical analysis
Ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
Working hours:
35 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm and some flexibility
2/3 days working from home
