Job description

We are currently partnering with Professional Membership body based in South East London, who are recruiting for a L&D Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £34,932 - £38,440 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting with updating and maintaining staff records, and daily updates to the learning and development system
  • Facilitating the Learning and Development function, including organising College-wide training, individual training, booking rooms or e-meetings, confirming training dates, and liaising with training suppliers
  • Facilitating the development and maintenance of the College’s annual training plan and keeping the learning and development budget tracker up to date
  • Drafting and publishing learning and development communications and newsletters to support the professional development of staff at the College, including reports
  • Coordinating all-day learning events such as Learning Days and Patients and Carers Conferences, including processing registrations, preparing event materials, and liaising with the College’s travel provider and catering organisations
  • Experience required:

    • Leading on L+D policies
    • Running the L+D function
