We are currently partnering with a reputable Housing Association based in North West Wales, who are looking to find an experienced Housing Officer to start asap.

This is a full-time position; however, the client could offer part time for the right person. With a rate between £21.00 - £23.00 umbrella based on experience and hybrid working, this role is one to apply for quickly.

The role is due to initially last until the end of April, with a strong possibility of extension.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Managing a patch of 600 homes, carrying out generic Housing Management duties

Conducting mutual exchanges where applicable

Completing NOSP’s and NTQ’s

Carrying out annual visits to tenants, logging the contents and ensuring all queries are seen to

Completing checks on the patch, ensuring all tenancy and ASB issues are dealt with in a manor according to company guidelines

Keeping track of no access issues across patch

Experience required:

Worked previous for a Housing Association either within tenancy management or supported housing
Comfortable with carrying out tenancy sign ups with tenants

Working hours:

37.5 or 25 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm – Core hours
