Job description
Our client, is a reputable Housing Association based in Bristol is currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a 2-3-month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience with generic tenancy management and must hold a Driving License and have full access to a vehicle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Responsible for managing a patch of properties within the North Bristol region
Handling breaches in occupier agreements, issues warnings, NTQs and manage eviction processes
Identifying repairs within void properties and referring repairs to the appropriate team
Deal with a range of tenancy related matters such as property inspections, hoarding issues, tenancy audits etc
Serving NOSPS, NTQs and carrying out evictions
Manage the end-to-end letting's, including completing verifications, conducting viewing's, and processing applications
Experience required

Preparing paper work for court
Working hours:
35 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Hybrid working - 2-3 days from homes
