We are currently partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in South East London, who are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of £35,000 to £50,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Preparing Pre-Construction information and Construction Phase Plans

• Attending Design Team Meetings, resolving design related health and safety issues

• Carrying out regular CDM site audits and attending progress meetings

• Compiling Health & Safety files during the project for the client at handover

• Working with Clients and Contractors to provide advice on Health and Safety practices on site, in design and future maintenance

Experience required:

• Experience as a Principal Designer or CDM Advisor role

• Experience across the residential sector and other sectors would be favourable

• Experience in fire and building safety matters is desirable

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• TechIOSH minimum. Ideally Chartered (CMIOSH)

• IMaPS or AaPS

• NEBOSH in Construction Health and Safety
