Job description

We are currently working in partnership with innovative and leading regional employer based in Birmingham city centre, who are recruiting for a Head of OD & Cultural Transformation on an interim contract until the end of May 2025.

The position is due to start immediately, with hybrid working (2 days home working) and a day rate of £450 - £650 umbrella (inside IR35).

The organisation is embarking on a companywide transformation with a focus on creating a more collaborative and impactful culture across the organisation.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Aligning the organisations structure with its strategic priorities to enhance organisational efficiency

  • Driving cultural change and transformation within the organisation, fostering empowerment, and enhancing employee engagement

  • Ensuring all services and strategies are locally relevant and responsive to the needs of specific communities

  • Building stronger, more effective partnerships with Local Authorities

  • Make the organisation more agile and responsive to regional needs, ultimately improving service delivery across all areas

Experience required:

  • Delivering interventions to enable performance improvement through behaviour change

  • Creating strategic insights on organisation culture and mindset

  • Developing multifaced OD strategies to shift culture to enable strategy and purpose

  • Utilising core theories that shape organisation design development practices

This is a highly visible role and the ideal candidate would be on-site 2 to 3 days each week
