Job description

We are currently working with a reputable Housing Association based in Merseyside who is recruiting for an Extra Care Scheme Manager to join them on a two-to-three-month contract.

This is a full-time position with a rate of up to £21.50 umbrella and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Working with and supporting clients with extra care needs over the age of 55+

  • Conducting tenancy sign ups with tenants

  • Identifying repairs that need carrying out and referring to the appropriate division

  • Investigating and dealing with breaches of tenancies and incidents of neighbour nuisance

  • Providing health and safety advice on sign ups

  • Developing support plans and risk assessments

Experience required:

  • Good level of experience with safeguarding

  • Able to work with clients with complex needs
    Car required to travel around patch

  • Experience with QL is desiarble

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week

Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
