We are currently working with a housing association based in the south west who are looking to appoint an Employee Relations Partner on a permanent basis, paying £50,511.20.

This role is flexible, mainly working from home and requiring regional travel approximately one day a month to sites based in Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon & Cornwall and London.

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Acting as the first-point of contact for all operational ER matters

• Providing professional advice and guidance to leaders and colleagues on all employee relations matters

• Supporting the development of relevant employment related people policies and procedures

• Ensuring cases are proactively managed and recorded within the case management system

• Supervising caseload and provide advice and support to the People Advisor

• Supporting the strategic business partner in ER operational delivery where appropriate

• Confidently managing cases up to an employment tribunal stage

• Providing guidance, coaching and support to managers regarding employee relations, supporting training initiatives

Skills / experience required:

• Minimum L5 CIPD

• Extensive knowledge of employment law and case law

• Ability to regularly deal with complex employee relations issues, using analysis, experience, and expertise to facilitate appropriate and timely outcomes

Working pattern:

• Monday – Friday

• 37 hours p/w (8:30-5:30)

• Mainly working from home with regional travel one day a month
