We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Wiltshire, who are recruiting for an Electrician on a permanent basis. The position is due to start immediately and the salary for is £40,054 per year.

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical NVQ Level 2, 18^th Edition, 2391 and basic DBS. If you don’t have some of these requirements please still get in touch as there is some flexibility.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for carrying out high quality responsive repairs to the housing stock in accordance with customers’ requirements working on both occupied and empty homes as the need arises
• Using a hand-held PDA for all jobs issued, keeping accurate and timely records of works
• Liaising as necessary with other sections/trades to ensure implementation and completion of repairs and maintenance works
• Using any tools, machinery, equipment or hazardous substances in accordance with information and instruction provided
• Reporting any health and safety concerns or danger to line management as soon as practicable

Experience required:

• Social Housing experience is required
