We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Croydon, who are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor. The position is full time hours, due to start immediately and has a permanent salary of £35,600 per annum.

The ideal candidate will personable and have excellent customer service skills.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers & external organisations in person and over the telephone

• Recording all contact with residents on the CRM and the Housing Management system (CX)

• Responsible for the logging and triage of all new repairs received

• Highlighting any regular issues customers are raising and proactively seeking a solution

• Dealing with difficult tenants effectively and managing complaints

• Assisting residents with information regarding rent accounts, send out rent statements and order rent cards

Experience required:

• Experience required in customer service

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
