Job description
We are currently partnering with a Housing Association in North London, who are recruiting for a Repairs Surveyor to join their team on a temporary basis.
The position is due to start immediately and is based out of the north London office full time.
The role is a six-month contract with a potential extension and the hourly rate is up to £37 per hour via umbrella.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Experience required:
- Experience required in Social Housing
- Experienced in the use of computer-based building asset management software and hardware
- Demonstrable experience in building defect diagnosis, stock condition surveys
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload and work with minimum supervision
- Ability to supervise others
- Good project management and coordination skills

- 35 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
