Job description
Our client, based in Bristol, is currently recruiting for a ASB Officer on a 6-week temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hands on ASB role previously, hold an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years and also have access to their own vehicle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Dealing with medium to high level cases of ASB serving NOSP’s and NTQ’s
Responsible for reducing the risk of harm caused to individuals and communities by responding effectively to reports of ASB
Speaking to victims and perpetrators and taking witness statements
Carrying out multi agency working including working with the Police and Social Services
Preparing paperwork four court hearings as and when required
Liaising with tenants on daily basis in order to identify cases of ASB and any patterns in occurrences of incidents
Attending court on behalf of the association, evictions alongside tenants, and providing the necessary support
Providing support to Housing Officers dealing with low level ASB cases
Rewards and Benefits:
Hybrid working – up to 2 days working from home
Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
