We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker in Hounslow on a 1-month rolling temporary contract, with the possibility of a further extension, to work for one of our biggest clients – an award-winning London-based homeless charity.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £21.65 per hour via an umbrella company, or £18.65 PAYE.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing tenancy sustainment support to clients in the Hounslow area

• Creating risk assessments and support plans

• Ensuring safeguarding of homeless clients

• Providing welfare benefit advice

• Signposting clients when needed to additional support services

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

• Experience working with homeless clients, providing tenancy sustainment support

• Managing own caseload of clients in a supported environment

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri
