Job description
The ideal candidate will experience working with clients to improve their employability, have an enhanced DBS certificate, or be happy to have one carried out and be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of support.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
· Managing a caseload of low-to-mid level clients
· Assisting clients with applying for apprenticeships or employment opportunities
· Carrying out initial assessments
· Ensuring the safeguarding of all service users
· Performing risk assessments
· Implementing support plans
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Previous experience working with people who have experienced homelessness
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good organisational and time management skills
Awareness of and ability to comply with relevant health and safety legislation
Ability to work effectively without supervision
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Sunday, 09:00 to 17:00
