We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning homelessness charity with numerous services across London, who are looking to appoint a SPA Co-Ordinator on a monthly rolling basis.

This will be a full-time position based in Brixton. Working hours will be 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday with no shift work. The hourly rate is £21.65.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced homelessness, front desk experience and excellent organisational skill.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Dealing with referrals from the council and also self-referrals

• Managing incoming calls and emails as well as walk-ins to the service

• Responding to client enquiries and signposting toward service

• Advising service users who are in distress

• Carrying out initial assessments where necessary

• Ensuring that all information is accurately logged on the companies CRM

Experience required:

• Front-desk experience is desirable

• Experience working with clients who have experienced homelessness

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team

• Risk assessment and management

• Experience of supporting vulnerable people or groups

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
