Job description

We are currently partnering with a leading Not for profit organisation who are recruiting for a fully remote People Partner position on a 6-Month FTC. This is a full-time position with an annual salary of £40k and benefits including enhanced maternity and paternity leave, pension scheme and 28 days holiday + bank holiday. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading change management and restructure processes.


Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Shaping and leading people and inclusion initiatives, developing regional strategic plans, and supporting organisational change through leadership and engagement strategies

  • Collaborating with executive and senior leaders to provide HR guidance, coaching, and challenge that improves leadership effectiveness and people management practices

  • Leading on complex employee relations, restructures, and change programmes (e.g., TUPE), ensuring compliance and risk management

  • Reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, developing cross-team plans to enhance efficiency, and contribute to improvements in workflows and systems

  • Providing mentoring and coaching, building effective relationships internally and externally, and use data to inform and support decision-making

Experience required:

  • Proven ability to partner on all aspects of people management including recruitment, retention, development and management

  • Experience and knowledge of the essentials of employment law, and proven ability in managing complex employee relations work

  • Proven ability to lead successful people change management programmes including restructure and TUPE

 Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively at all levels

  • Ability to coach and influence senior managers

  • Ability to line manage staff effectively
