We are proud to be partnering with a Cardiff based Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a part time Fire Risk Officer on a 6-week contract.

This will be a part time role, working two – three days a week, which can be made up flexibly, and is paying up to £31 per hour via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with fire doors and fire risk assessment, and be able to visit Cardiff regularly.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Reviewing Fire Risk Assessments provided by contractors, and uploading data on to in house systems
• Attending communal areas owned by a social housing provider to understand remedial works required following FRAs
• Inspecting fire doors and fire door installs

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• A strong understanding of fire door inspections and FRAs
