​We are currently working in partnership with an established and renowned consultancy, based in London, who are recruiting for a Project Monitoring Surveyor. Salary range between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have a QS/BS background and ideally a minimum of 12 months experience in a development monitoring role.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Reviewing and appraise costs

• Reviewing programme, procurement and technical reports

• Highlighting and advise on project risks, risk transfer and compliance with requisite Funder/ Bank security

• Writing high quality reports that express opinions clearly

• Ensuring all project work meets all relevant technical and professional standards on a consistent basis

Experience required:

• Prior roles as a Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor

• Preferably a minimum of 12 months experience in a development monitoring role

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Communication skills

• Flexible attitude

• Knowledge of development and construction processes

• Travel to other regional offices may be required
